在还没批，公司打算给我弄那个交钱的优先处理，说10月底差不多能下来。
问题是现在这个签证怎么个过程？去网页上看了下好像现在不是打电话约面谈了？是上
网约？那我这种续3年的申请还没下来的可以约吗，需不需要h1b extension批准后给的
那个表格上的号码什么的？
另外就是续3年后的h1b可以中信代签吗？上次的h1b签证过期不到1年。

发帖数: 204 | 2 1. Do premium ,i.e. pay >$~1200 to USCIS. Then you will get approved in 15
business day. But your attorney will get an email notice of approval in a
few days. Then you may know the new reciept number of the approval. I think,
the best is to wait until you get the new receipt nubmer and do the
appointment.
2. If you travle outside the country before your new approval, your
extension will be violated, that is what my attorney told me. You can check
more. I cannot be very sure.
3. 上次的h1b签证过期不到1年。I think you can get returning visa by 中信代签
吗, but it is slow, it is said by many people here.

发帖数: 204 | 3 you must bring your new approval notice to the VO.
Generally, you do not need to worry about the appointment. Now it seems to
me there were not having so many people. H1b must be in Ritan branch.
You can try to register an account in that website and to schedule the
appointment.For that account, you need to fill your DS-160 confirmation
nubmer(that H1b nubmer is not needed for that account). But in your DS-160
form, you must fill your H1b number.If you fill your old one, then you will
need to RE-fill another DS-160 once you have the new one, I believe. You
make things a mess.

昨天公司律师给file的premium processing，出差日期是25号，要是15个工作日看来还
是来不及啊。律师说可以出境等approval，但是这个公司律师不是专门做移民的，不知
道她说的对不，看来得再问问确认一下。
出差地点上海，昨晚给上海的中信打电话说可以代签，但是要等2-3周。看来我还是按
照楼上给的方法，用receipt的号码去填DS160,之后看能不能约在上海面签。
对了，现在还有不能跨区的说法么？我以前都是在北京签的，这次在上海行不行？还有
就是现在怎么交签证费？还是必须在预约前交款么？上次在北京签，在约面试时间之前
必须持身份证去中信银行交款，当时我在国外，只好找同学帮着先去交上的。。。

发帖数: 204 | 9 1. When you see the Visa office, you Should bring your new H1b approval
notice. Your old one is out of date, right? But maybe a copy of new
approval is fine? I saw a lot of discussion in this board before, regarding
whether a I797copy is OK. If you cannot get the original one before you
leave, at least you should have a copy of it from your attoreny. About that
15 days, it is said so. In my case, it was very quick, less than that. In
your situation, maybe you should schedule a Later date so that you can
receive the approval notice while you are in China.
Most likely, at least you can get a copy of your approval before you leave,
it is still two weeks.
2.It seems to me that you can have the interview any place you want. You can
check the US embassy website,Beijing, in Chinese. I remembered it is said
so.
3. You must pay first and then you can schedule. It was impossible for me to
pay, using my Credit card here. One of my relative paid for me.
