说没关系，只要在J1 30 DAY GRACE PERIOD里批下来就没事， 老学校的oisss的人说J1

发帖数: 8496 | 2 if with J1 waiver and H1 start date from J1 expiration date, you can wait
legally but need to stop working after J1 expire and before H1 approval (
need HR paperwork to prove that you are not employed by school during that
time, in case the future officer on your I-485 application need you to
provide the proof). Or just use PP so you don't need to miss any day of
work or worry about those HR personnel red tapes. | d******k
