My daughter needs to change her passport. She was request to submit original
birth certificate. After she sent the scanned one to Chinese consulate NY.
They answered that they received it but did not give her the date to pick up
new passport. I contacted them by email. They only told me to check online.
There is no date online. What can I do? I need to go there to pick it up.
