我09年拿到H1B，11年1月本来是想回国找工作机会，于是请了个长假3个月, 算 leave
on absence. 当时也和公司说了，可能会在亚洲找工作。可不确定，公司老板人很好，
表示不会向移民局主动汇报。
可是公司经济一直不好，5月我还是回来美国时，公司在裁人。我也回不去。
我本来先找新的公司。但律师说“移民局会要看你最后几张pay stubs.”
可我最后的paycheck是一月的。我记得好像如果失去工作之后2个星期之内要找到下家
才可以。
我现在应该怎么办才能在美国 transfer H1B呢？
原来公司还有一笔holiday的钱，大概1000多，可以在我需要的时候转给我。
有知道这种情况的么？

on leave on absence for the last few months. This might work to substitute
the pay stubs. |

发帖数: 18 | 3 thanks. Actually the previous company can give me a pay stubs about 1300
dollar which is the vacation time they own me. do you think that willbe
enough? should I do it together with the leave on absence letter, or they
will conflict each other?
