I have an urgent question.
Someone told me that now you may have to pick up your passport after 3
business days at Toronto yourself. Before you could ask your friends to
pick it up and it is available the next day. Does anyone know about this?

What is DHL? Is that the mail delivery?
Typically how many days to wait?
Can it send to your address in US(assume you can get in)?
