我是在境内从f1转到h1b的
已经上班几个月了
请教h1b返签被拒/check的可能性多大呢

I had the same situation as yours. I returned to China for the first time
after 4 years last Month. I was able to get my H1B visa approved smoothly. (
I did it in HK due to my travel schedule.)
I don't think the US embassy will challenge why you've stayed in the US for
so long without going home. To me it's a personal issue. But just to
prepare yourself well, I suggest you get all documents ready. I brought
files that proves my company experienced restructures for the past few years
(so I've been tied up to address my job security concern as a recent
graduate.) But my interview went extremely well. The only one
question I got was about my education.

i haven't been back for about 5 yrs...f1 to h1b in USA..and got my visa
approved very smoothly in china.
i think it really depends on which major you are..i am in business major.

的材料是真的，没什么可能被据的，不用担心。
