To apply for an H or L visa, you must have the following:
•A petition approved by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
in the United States.
•An approved original I-797 and a certified copy of your I-129.
•If you adjusted status within the United States, you must bring the
original I-797 to your interview.
•You may also need a certified copy of the I-129 application material.
•If you are a returning H1B, you should also bring a letter from your
employer confirming your continuing employment.
第一条中，请问 国土安全部的批文是啥啊，我只有交给国土安全部的I-129复印件，而
且上面没发现有官员签名，都是HR和律师的签名。。。
第二条中， 什么叫做certified copy of I-129？？公正过的？
第三条， 什么叫original I-797? H1B之前的I-797？ 之前是学生，我只有F1 和 OPT
的 I-797C， 也管用么？
第四条， 同样，什么叫certified copy？

还是有些不清楚：
1. a certified copy of your I-129 咋公正啊？？ 我只有有HR和律师签名的 I-129
。。。
到时有个叫做ETA 9035E的表格有劳工部官员签字，并且写着certified。。。
2. 第三条的original I-797是不是和第二条中的original I-797一样，都指的是H1B的
approve letter？？
第四条中的 a certified copy of the I-129 application material 就更难懂了。。
。和 第二条中的 a certified copy of your I-129 有啥区别啊？？

lawyer file your case to uscis, you and your petitioner should both get
copies from them), employment verification letter,就足够了，他们会问你做什么
的，如果公司不出名的话，顺便问问公司的情况，就这样，很简单的，make sure you
case is in PIMS before you go for interview otherwise you will get stuck for
this PIMS verification, take sometime between 3-30 days. Good Luck! |
