Does J visa always have two year bar? But we don't have any relation with
governme nt , nor medical things, is it able to be waived? I feel very
afraid if we can't be waived without any reason! For example, if we use J
visa for postdoc or visiting professor, then we have to go back to China for
two years???!!!
