发帖数: 939 | 1 我的H1B一开始是premium process，快15天的时候被告知要补材料(RFE)，现在网上查
询的状态是：Request for evidence response review。我现在比较奇怪的是，为什么
uscis网站上说的是可能要60天内才有decision。原文是这样的：
We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something
from you. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update
within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint
processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have
not yet been completed, in which case you can use the processing time
information on our website to estimate when this case will be done.
我的问题是：1）补材料后，难道就不算是premium process了吗？如果是，为什么需要
60天才能收到书面的决定呢？

不知道这句话是什么意思？我在美国的签证过期了，现在已经回到中国。我没听说H1B
还需要打指纹什么的，万一需要，我怎么回美国啊？还是说在美国驻中国大使馆进行就
可以了？有人知道这是怎么回事么？

发帖数: 939 | 3 谢谢你给的链接。内容我看了，里面只有一个朋友提到他是RFE后32天批下来，也不知
道他这个32天是不是指从开始RFE状态开始的。我的case是从我在网上查询到RFE状态到
今天已经32天了。我想公司大概是在期限的最后一天才将需要的材料补上去（所要补的
资料与我无关），然后前天网上的状态才改变。也不知道现在还要等多少天才能有
decision，哎。
