I'm trying to purchase the phone card to call for visa appointment in
Beijing. But it has failed twice (use credit card and got information saying
that purchase not successful). Does anyone have similar experience? How
should I buy the card then? I'm in US.

i just used my boa debit card and it works. I tried 2 other credit cards and
all failed.
