I've had H1B for a couple of years. And last year I went back to China, I
had Zhong1 Xin4 bank help me handle the visa application. But this year I
had a H1B transfer, so I'm assuming that I have to have a visa interview
this time. Is that correct?
Another question is about the city (of US embassy) for the visa interview. I
