check. They took my passport too. I don't want to wait here, can I give them
my home address in China such that they could send my visa to China? does
anybody know if I would be able to travel to China with my u.s. driver
license only? Thanks!!!!!!!!!!! |

如果check完了后，大使馆会给你发信，这时候你再把你的护照邮寄给大使馆就行。然
后让大使馆把你的护照邮寄中国。最好你自己有个自己邮寄给自己的信封，一起寄到大
使馆。 |

等美领馆通知你check clear之后你在飞回去
将护照交上等几天就可以拿到签证了
然后再飞回美国
以后去之前研究好了各种情况再去

可以不withdraw,只是要回护照
等check完了通知你的时候
再去大使馆送一趟护照
如果不想再去澳大利亚
就withdraw
然后回中国重新申
再去趟大使馆，WITHDRAW你的申请，拿回护照，回中国重新申请吧。

发帖数: 27 | 10 Thank you all for your information. I have contacted the us embassy in
sydney, and they will return my passport such that I could travel back to
China. Here is the email from the embassy,
"We will return your passports to you this evening by Australia Post in the
envelope you provided.
Once you have finished your travels, you can return the passports to us with
a new postage paid envelope. Please mail the passports to our address:
xxxxxx"
I hope my experience is helpful for other travelers. |

当然中国海关只是抽查

寄到澳大利亚的地址当然没问题
你确定他们同意寄护照到中国？
