Canadian ties with Iran over its sponsorship of terrorism and amid fears
about the safety of diplomats in the country.
Baird says the Canadian embassy in Tehran will close immediately and Iranian

officer made a typo on my birthday when they input my information into the
ISEAS system. After arguing with the visa officer, he promised that he would
give the visa rightaway after our OIS correct the mistake. It's really good

申请正在被审核，然后我问是不是仍然在DC审核，他们回答说是大使馆自己审核，不在
DC审核。 但是根据我的映像，审核似乎应当在DC的几个联邦部门进行。 这个embassy
direct processing, 是不是表示embassy还没有把材料送到DC?

留学人员结婚，不论是在美国登记还是回国登记，均须先办理无配偶证明书。
具体办理手续参见“公证、认证”中的程序。在美国结婚的，持经美国州政府认证
的无配偶证明书的到使（领）馆签证处、组登记。回国结婚的，也须持经使（领）
馆签证处、组认证的无配偶证明书回国办理。
留学人员回国结婚，要持护照和上述未婚证明及未婚配偶所在单位的婚姻状况
证明，到中国留学服务中心回国处办理转换证明的手续，然后到当地民政局涉外婚
姻登记处办理结婚登记手续。未婚配偶系国内在读学生（包括研究生、大学生等），
不予办理“婚姻状况证明”。
