发帖数: 375 | 2 You don't need US visa. Just tell them that you have made an appointment
with the US embassy in Paris, print the appointment receipt, and that's it.
I am now in Paris, just did that last month. And the H1B visa here is easy
to get. I even gave them a wrong I797A from my previous company. They still
gave me the visa with corrected information.

at least in Bern embassy.
