GPS显示U-Turn。这个银行在路边，因为下雨，我没有看见有没有U-turn的标志（到现
在也不知道那个路口是否有不能U-turn的标志），刚好对面红灯，路面没有车，我就顺
着GPS的指示U-turn(turn的过程中心理也不安，因为很少U-turn，但这里周围没有其他
可以转向的地方，就信了GPS).刚转过去警笛就响了。Ticket让4月30日去上庭，charge
是no U-turn什么的。
这种情况上庭能appeal吗？这辈子第一张trafic ticket。。今天查知可能要扣3-4
points，罚95刀。 | f********n

not, it is such amount.
But I was told if going to the court, the maximum fine will be $340 depending on the judge.
This is my first traffic ticket and I wonder if there will be other treatment if I appear in court. I hope not to get the point.
