2个杆。也就是说可以同时用7个杆。而我们一共下了6个杆。等傍晚收拾东西上岸准备
回家时看见俩警察在等着我们，接下来就是查证。证没问题，结果警察说我们其中的一
个人在操作4个杆，说这是违法。
事实上我们当时在冰面上生了一堆火，大部分都围在那里烤火，这个哥们就经常去走动
一下查看一下各个杆的情况。我们之间的距离不超过5米。照他这么说，只要碰别人的
杆就是违法了？
最后给了一个什么citation，说要打电话给什么部门再决定怎么处罚。估计最后就是罚
款。

drive to the local court several times in the next couple months (you can
only appeal in the city court where did you get your citation), I assume
that is a pretty drive, at least 30 mins one way. Secondly, even you talk to
the city prosecutor first time , Claim “Not Guilty”second time in front
of the judge, BUT on the pre-trail, I guarantee the cop who issued you the
citation will show up, this is no way you can win (bel

cops on the court since I have to take the responsibility partly. So I will
try to see what I can do.
