在美国，HIPPA可不是闹着玩的，比如雇员请病假，Manager绝对不可以主动问生了什么
病的，哪怕是真关心都不成，不然就违背了HIPPA相关的法律，那可是不得了的大事儿。

这还真不一定，据说有CDC的想把这个打疫苗的event电子化，就是说可以做到和其他医
疗记录分开。这样一来，搞什么疫苗护照很容易。
就像1984里面一句话，现在不存在什么legal or illegal, because there is no law
anymore
