Pennsylvania Republican, who argued that virtually all of the state’s mail-
in ballots were unlawful.
The entirety of the court’s order read, “The application for injunctive
relief presented to Justice [Samuel] Alito and by him referred to the Court
is denied.”
The decision was announced in an order with no noted dissents, as is typical
for cases that are handled on an emergency basis.
