Louise Lucas is facing two felony charges after she allegedly helped topple
a Confederate statue in Portsmouth roughly two months ago.
According to WAVY TV 10, the individuals listed below are facing “charges
of conspiracy to commit a felony and injury to a monument in excess of $1,
000”:
