的 请求，结果这个被告 试图抢枪，被迅速制服，
如果 允许 concealed restraint，就是一种 “electronic restraint” ，即使不能
在开始阻止被告开始抢枪，但 一旦抢到，警察也可以给 electric shock，并制服被告
，而不至于 出人命，人名很可能是 被告本人 和其它法警，工作人员 等 的。
所以，对 法官这个拒绝 很不理解，不过就是 一个 concealed restraint，还主要是
预防为主，也许这个 concealed restraint 对身体有巨大的 损害？ 反正不太理解！
觉得这个 法官对罪犯 无理的 “仁慈” ！

Oregon man lunges for police officer’s gun during trial in shocking video
A shocking video captured the moment a defendant on trial Wednesday in
Oregon appeared to lunge for a police officer’s gun inside the courthouse
after a judge denied the sheriff’s office request to use a concealed
restraint on him.
Scott Patrick Lemmon, 27, was on trial for allegations of pointing a
realistic-gun at two people at a condo in Newport, OR., and threatening to
kill them before robbing them, The Oregonian reported, citing a probable
cause affidavit.
In the video, a person identified by authorities as Lemon, could be seen
leaning back and forth in his chair and eyeing the two officers to his left.
He then leaps out of his chair and attempts to grab an officer’s gun,
before being swarmed by authorities, officials said.
A judge denied a request from the sheriff’s office to use an “electronic
restraint” on Lemmon that would have been concealed under his pants and not
visible to jurors, according to the paper. If Lemmon acted up, officers
could have delivered an electric shock to debilitate Lemmon.
Although McDowall acknowledged the shock probably would not have prevented
Lemmon from lunging for the weapon, he told the paper it would have been
effective if Lemmon had gained control of the gun. | d*****g
