Being "present" to most anything is not a crime. Drove through the south
side of Chicago recently, so I was present to countless gun violence, right?
It should be astonishing that the WSJ would publish such a headline but we
are in a different universe today. Accusations are enough to destroy and
porn star/hooker lawyers are given unlimited TV time. Nice.
I must say they are getting smarter. No document being forged, just claims
with no supporting evidence, so there is no way to sue them or even fact
check them. This is so disgusting.
Here we go again. One more accuser who can make an outrageous claim without
the burden of proof. This process has devolved into a “show trial” of
which Stalin would be proud. Dems have become the new totalitarians.
