whats defined as the proper rate of fire? what s defined as a part? whats
defined as a combo of parts? some bureaucrats will be allowed to draw the
definition and change/expand them with time. |

Bump stock 和自动扳机属于小发明，能够避开法律对全自动武器的限制，连发速度大
大提高。
俺觉得很难规划一条很合理的武器分类界限，从自动武器禁令的执行还算不错的历史来
看，也许对这些小发明归入到自动武器范畴里，还行。
我只能站在我自己的角度来说，二者我都没玩过。但我觉得bump stock打不准，不好玩
。自动扳机乐趣应该更多，如下面这个链接里的视频。。

按照HR-3999的文字，并不是把这些归入自动。而是明确了要禁半自动的某些零件。至
于那些零件，都没有明确，也就是完全由ATF的官员决定。几年之后，换了民主党总统
，任命左派的appointee，你觉得会咋样？
比如我有一个钛合金的lightweight bolt carrier. 我的意图是能后座小点，这样我领
导能have fun。领导高兴我就高兴，你也懂的。但是这个是有利于faster cycle，
faster follow up的。那帮玩3-gun比赛的用这个，faster shots也是目的之一。

拉斯维加斯一事，连个调查报告都没有，任何更新也都没有，这就要下结论立新法了。

propose regulations that ban all devices that turn legal weapons into
machine guns," Trump said at a Medal of Valor event at the White House,
addressing Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
"I expect these regulations to be finalized, Jeff, very soon," Trump said.

that d effectively ban all semi-autos, pistols included.
chicago has a proposal to ban civilian sales of body armor, because only
police need them.
