明显偏向大嘴川一类的超级富人。80%的benefit被top 1%的拿去了，怎么可能过？

然还宣称把pass through entity的税率降低到25%，只能是废材形容之了，好歹在写税
法的committee混了几十年了，基本的常识要有把

国会是不该背书，这税改计划没法太差了，就是给大嘴川量身定做的。还跟民主党谈
deal，以DACA大赦换税改。
