1 pre-existing 费用很高, 中产得病基本要破产， 结论就是中产现在买保险没用,
生病就划到 病人保险的pool，等待破产， 享受 medicaid， Bush 时代就有 pre
existing pool， 基本失败
2 共和党的老套路， 为 取消medicare 做准备， 共和党的最大目标是取消Medicare
和social security
3 限制medicaid 的人数， 以后要排队申请 medicaid
4 有用， 会降低医疗费用
5 没什么用， 现在几大公司都是跨州卖保险
这些都是共和党的老把戏， 与trump 没有任何关系 |

很大的困难。三个共和党参议员已经表示反对了。我以为Trump能有点什么好的招来降
低医疗成本呢？
