Friday afternoon after an “unauthorized person” ran on the tracks in
Southeast D.C., shortly after President Trump’s inauguration ceremony on
the National Mall.
Metro police were still actively searching for the man as of 1 p.m.,
according to a Metro spokesperson. He was spotted running on the tracks
between Naylor Road and Southern Avenue on the Green Line, but it’s “
unclear how he may have exited,” the spokesperson said. |

train commuter.
Even they did as you said, it takes HOURS to clear the track.
