这种策略是美国黑人当年采用的策略,当年NAACP成立后,成立了专门的律师部门,有
很多白人律师帮助NAACP起诉。打过无数官司。
起诉的后果是被起诉方成本不断上升,最后到最高法院,一次不成,再换个理由起诉,
一直到最高法院屈服。

Here is what the Court wrote:
“…strict scrutiny imposes on the university the ultimate burden of
demonstrating, before turning to racial classifications, that available,
workable race-neutral alternatives do not suffice.”
“It is at all times the University’s obligation to demonstrate, and the
Judiciary’s obligation to determine, that admissions processes ensure that
each applicant is evaluated as an individual and not in a way that makes an
applicant’s race or ethnicity the defining feature of his or her
application.”
It is our belief that Harvard, UNC and most competitive universities are not
in compliance with the Supreme Court’s instructions.
如果这个是对的话,这个组织采用的策略就是NAACP在Brown vs Board of Education之
后采用的策略一样,NAACP当年在最高法院判了后,在全美国几百个学区起诉,最后强
迫那些学区执行。
