There is no way we can truly determine whether the man is malicious or not

make reasonable judgement based on past experience and common sense. To many
people, when it comes to one's life/property in potential danger, 1/3
chance is too high not to be cautious. Not many people want to risk their
lives/properties to test out whether it's the 1/3 or 2/3. If you don't care,
go try it yourself.

验对不认识的陌生人有一定程度的假定是再正常不过的。每个人莫不如此。只要他没有
采取妨碍或侮辱人的行动。即使他有,我相信你也只会采取和他的行为对应的反击手段
,口头侮辱,你就骂回去;有身体接触,你阻止他。但你绝不会上升暴力的级别,即使
对方肯定打不过你。这些都是common sense。
TM这件事,根据庭审证据,是他提升了暴力的级别,最后导致了悲剧。如果黑人社团一
味忽略这一点,其实是挑战了大家的common sense。佛州法律允许用致命行动来自卫,
TM生活在那个州,应该预见到打人后果可能很严重,至少他父母应该这么教他吧。
其实很多黑人都认可审判结果,呼吁改变这个法律,是他们的权利。但是奥巴马作为总
统,不是没受过教育, 分不清轻重的普通黑人,为黑人社团的利益,到挑战common
sense的程度,的确只能说是政客行径了。
