California has the highest state tax in the nation, so it IS a B-I-G check.
Today, I received a penalty letter, I was fined another 1% of my TAX.
Why? I followed the fine print, finally find out why: Mandatory E-Pay!
How the fuck am I supposed to know that? I don't mind to pay online. But
nobody told me about it!
Besides, in the past, online payment charges a hefty processing fee. It
might be free now, but fine me 1%? This means, that more tax I paid, the
fine will be more too!
Is it trying to punish the good tax payer? Because you paid more tax, which
means you are rich, so we will fuck you over?

10万AGI， 交 1万的税， 罚款就 100 了。
尼玛我老老实实交税还要再罚 100， 那些根本不交税的反而什么事没有。
有些大佬州税叫了5，6万的， 罚款都要5，6百了。
不要说人家不在乎这些钱， 这个事不是这么办的。
你最多发个 5 块钱让大家记住就行了。
