The photo shown above of George Zimmerman was taken by a police officer on
the night of February 26, 2012. Zimmerman is charged in the death of Trayvon
Martin, a case you’re probably familiar with.
A black and white photocopy of this image was provided by the State of
Florida in the first Discovery. This high-resolution digital photo was
released by Zimmerman’s defense team. They received it in State’s 9th
Supplemental Discovery release.
