Why do we have to pamper a few Chinese and Indian, when a lot of the people
will lose their pathway to a green card. I would rather have people with a
high school diploma than a vain fool who has a graduate degree but is
extremely selfish, as my neighbor.
Their claim that giving them green card in this way will benefit this
country is just bogus. I know it will benefit corporates for sure by
reducing their labor cost. I do not see how it benefit average workers.

H1b is capped and is almost used up every year. So it is not a problem for
now, except that the congress raises the limit.
But STEM is just a scam. You could image that after its passing, people
around the world will enroll into so called STEM programs, set up flyer over
corporations. It will start to produce STEM students like sausage.
The end result: more people seek a few high paying good job, which is
dwindling everyday.
