是谁参与政府财产积累，谁有权决定政府财产如何分配。你邻居有没有权力干涉你家的
消费计划？
选举权被定义成没有限制的生理上的一人一票本来就是乌托邦的思想。
当初大家是先斗争要求有纳税的权力。当初选举权和纳税的结合是美国建国者们为了防
止出现特权阶级绑架底层从而控制国家政权而作的预防措施。但是，在资本阶级的有意
