much American originated ammo made its way into Mexico. It emphasized the
penalties in Mexico for obtaining even one illegal bullet. So, the natural
path the article took was how drug cartels used American ammo purchases from
individuals, gun shows etc., to arm themselves. What was ironic was an ATF
agent that was interviewed. His comments were of someone incredulous how so
much ammo made its way into Mexico by so many different means.
What confounded me was that he didn't seem to remember his ATF cohorts that
took a ton of guns into Mexico that resulted in drug crimes and murder. The
Fast and Furious operation seemed to escape him.
If I were an ATF employee, I would be searching intently for gainful
employment. And if I were Attorney General Eric Holder, I would be preparing
for both unemployment and indictment. Holder continues to disingenuously
insist that he knew nothing of an operation of this scope and implication.
In any case, this is the guy that I saw as the biggest mistake in the
initial days of the Obama administration. Holder's history of constitutional
rights infringement and his ridiculous anti American comments show clearly
that this guy needs to be ousted from his role. A person in Eric Holder's
position should be someone of the highest caliber character. He should be
someone who exemplifies law, order, and safety. Instead, he has shown
contempt for America and for personal freedoms, while allowing the ATF to
get people killed doing what they are supposed to be preventing.
So, what all this does is what any person who can hear, see, and understand
even the most basic rules of law and order knows. The BATFE is an out of
control, unrestrained, constitutional disaster. They have now exhibited
their lack of restraint in their failed F&F operation that resulted in drug
crimes and murder with guns they provided to Mexican drug dealers.
The ATF's boss is and has been an Obama administration disaster from day one
. And President Obama has not shown one ounce of honesty, credibility or
competence since taking office. President Obama cannot now be expected to do
anything except the only thing he is competent at; running for office. And
that's what he will be doing until November next year. And that's hopefully
when the American people will adjust his schedule to allow him to campaign
full time .... when they vote him decisively out of office. |
