而且你所描述的是in theory。现实是big corporation改写法律的能力远超过
individual，甚至是general public。

differently from a corporation. A corporation is the same as an individual.
Some rich people has extraordinary power as well - maybe even more powerful
than a corporation. But a rich person is still a citizen. You can not treat
a rich person differently than a poor person.
