McCain's plan:
1. Wants to extend the Bush's 2001 tax cuts.
2. Will double the personal exemption taxpayers can claim
3. Want to lower corporate tax rates.
4. Will cut capital gains rate in half.
5. Will reduce the tax on withdrawals from retirement savings to 10%, and
waive a rule that requires seniors to start taking withdrawals from tax-
deferred retirement savings at age 70½.
