I compile the list from multiple sources, so I am not listing all the
credits here. Here is my first crack:
McCain's plan:
1. End the tax break given to those who get health insurance through their
employers.
2. Replace with a $2,500 tax credit for individuals and a $5,000 credit for
families.
3. The tax to be paid by those who get health insurance through their
employers will be offset by the tax credit.
