A townhouse in Derwood has 1 room to be rented out. The room has recently
been renovated with new carpet and new hard wood floor. It is conveniently
located a few minutes from the Shady Grove metro and Route 355. It's just 1
minute to I-370 highway and new built MD-200 route. The neighborhood is
quiet and safe. Parking space is available upon request.
Currently the master room of the top floor is occupied by a Chinese couple (
my girlfriend and me) who are both very clean and responsible. The other
room on the same floor will not be rented out so you will have your own full
bathroom. The basement is rented to a young professional. You will share
the utility with three of us. Single, Non-smokers and without pets are
preferred. At least six months lease is required, and terms can be renewed
upon negotiation after that . In any case, notification of moving up should
be made one month in advance. A security deposit which equals to monthly
rent is required upon signing lease and it will be returned at the date of
moving out.
Rent is $500 plus share of electricity, water and internet. This room is
