Swim: 400 meter/10 minutes 800 meter/20 minutes
4 sections, each is 800 meter, then 600 meters
Time: 4x 20 minutes= 80 minutes + 600 meters
Run: 10k/57.5 minutes
4 sections, each is 10k, then 2k
