I have had the problem for 8 months, since the beginning
of running. I rested a lot whenever it got worse. Instead,
I ride stationary bikes. I also took IBU to control inflammation
once in a while. I got a chance to rest more recently
due to tight schedule. Now I am almost recovered.
I once also had wrist, elbow, shoulder,and ankle injuries, lasted many many
years during my badminton "career" (I played
badminton for tournaments,, although only for recreational levels B, C, and
D).
I once thought these old injuries would never go away. But with proper rest,
IBU, icing under the encouragement and advice of
my former physician, they all recovered completely. My biggest
advice is to have faith and courage. I actually went back to
badminton court two years ago after full recovery, which took
about a whole year of rest, and was stronger and better than ever in court.
However, I gained lots of weight during the recovery period, and
was extremely out of shape. My leg muscle was severely pulled
during a tough and wining game - I felt so good during the game,
but got muscle pull after jumping high to release a deadly smash.
It took more than half year to recover, and I gained more weight.
My original goal for running last year was to get back in shape in case new
injury on the court. However, I realized that running
is equally fun, and better yet, I do not need a partner, I can do
it all by myself, just like cross-country ski but all year round.
OK, that's my story. With enough patience and proper rest, I hope

我今天想了一下,长跑想不受伤
1 循序渐进,要慢
2 跑姿要正确
3 大腿周边肌肉,四头肌,HAMSTRING和IT都要强壮,这样跑步时候肌肉有力的收缩可
以带动肌腱和保护膝盖,否则身体就要动用其它关节,很容易受伤。(肌肉发达的人,
练游泳也容易很多)
4 体重要轻
因为上面四条我一条都没占,所以受伤是必然的。 |
