In order to get lower airfare and more convenience, which way is better:
1. shanghai to Honolulu, Honolulu to Kona, Hilo to Washington
2. shanghai to Honolulu, Honolulu to Hilo, Kona to Washington
3. shanghai to Kona, Hilo to Honolulu, Honolulu to Washington

个机场出不见得就好.
