2015-09-23 柴翀阳 铁人三项之路
北京时间9月23日凌晨，经过中国足协竞赛部主任戚军老师提醒，和好莱坞体育纪录制
片人张燕峰老师查询，以及国内外铁人三项的诸位前辈联络与核实。第一位完成
Ironman Kona比赛的中国人终于被大家发现。
他就是毕业于北京大学1981级化学专业、旅美华人张钒（Fan Zhang）。在1995年参加
并完成了Ironman Kona的比赛，成绩是12:14:48。成为目前有史料记载的第一位完成
Ironman Kona的中国人。
根据张钒先生的口述，当年取得Kona资格的过程，是通过提交了一分全程马拉松的最好
成绩取得的，那时WTC的入选资格还比较开放。当年提交的成绩是克利夫兰马拉松，2小
时57分。凭着一腔热血和一本中国护照，单枪匹马地就冲出了国门。

在马来西亚兰卡威征服了全程225.995公里，他以10小时51分33秒的成绩拿到了所有参
赛中国人的最好成绩，同时凭借这19-24年龄组的第一名，获得了明年夏威夷世界铁人
三项锦标赛的参赛资格，如能成行，他就是中国凭成绩参加该项赛事的第一人！

成“中国第一人”
9月27日，在马来西亚兰卡威，超级铁人三项（大铁）的比赛在这里上演，为什么叫超
级，因为这个比赛的距离超过了奥运标准的3倍！这也注定了比赛的残酷。作为中国“
铁三第一人”，也是第一位参加Kona的中国人——另外一位中国实力选手党琦在兰卡威
的比赛中因为天气炎热而中途退赛，但来自西昌的23岁小伙巴斯却越战越勇，不但在所
有中国人里面第一个冲线，还拿到了他所在年龄组的第一名！
Kona，夏威夷世界超级铁人三项（Ironman）锦标赛，这也是这项年轻运动的发源地。

kona好多了，快5分钟。kona一路不也有参照物吗？第一集团的差距不大，所以互相也
能校正方向。我觉得或者kona游的距离略长，或者是因为海浪的影响。以今天为例，离
岸风向W，近岸风向ENE，杂乱无章的海浪应该还是有不小影响的。 |

that came out of the recent IM Talk podcast with WTC CEO Andrew Messick.
Messick explained that as part of a change to the current lottery programme,

，参观Greenwell咖啡种植园，品尝各种口味的100% Kona咖啡，在那里买了礼品盒（十
多块钱一个），里面有三种口味，每个都只有2oz，是送朋友的小礼物，不贵，是个心
意。
在路上经过一个路边小饭馆，叫Ka'aloa Super J's Authentic Hawaiian，food
network介绍过他家的Laulau，所以我们就在那里停下来吃的午饭。说实话，这个夏威
夷的传统食品Laulau和poi一点都不好吃。这个小饭店根本就没有什么门面，进去一个
屋子，中间放着一个大桌，主人家还在桌子上做lomi-lomi salmon。给我们清理出半个
桌子，让我们坐那儿吃饭。
Captain Cook纪念碑处是浮潜圣地。我们在Adventures in Paradise租的双人船和浮潜
用具，一共80多块，可以用一天。附近有好多店提供租用的，比如Kona Boys，但网上

Kona or Jamacian Blue mountain coffee for $15 a lbs if you buy 4lbs. I have
been getting their coffee for years- love it. I get 4lbs and freeze it for
later use.....
