谁知道这7天的LDW钱是交给Expedia的。。。后来行程变化，我只需要租一天车，于是
就把车还了，Fox给我退了后面6天的钱，可是Expedia不给我退那6天的保险。这种情况
怎么办？打电话问说这个是non-refundable的，可是这也太不公平了，他们就白白赚了

发帖数: 693 | 3 就说24小时内可以cancel，也没说中途还车不给refund剩下的。。定的时候我还以为这
个LDW是直接交给租车公司的，结果不是。。Expedia直接从信用卡上扣了。。

Car rental insurance Hide Details
By selecting this product I acknowledge I have read and agree to the terms

This robust plan provides coverage for collision, theft, vandalism, and
much more, regardless of destination and includes a $250 deductible. This
insurance is underwritten by Stonebridge Casualty insurance company, and is
administered by BerkelyCare, a division of Affinity Insurance Services, Inc.
Redemption instructions
Car Rental Insurance is offered by a independent insurance company and is
not affiliated with the car rental company from which you are renting your
vehicle. Therefore, you do not need to present this voucher to the rental
agency upon pick up of your car.
However, we do recommend that you print the description of coverage at http://www.expedia.com/daily/promos/travel_protection_plans/car_print.asp and bring it with you on your trip as evidence of coverage, if needed.
Please note that this plan will not pay upfront for any expenses incurred.
You must pay charges by the rental car company and covered claims will be
reimbursed.

Terms and conditions
Please note that this coverage is similar to those offered by rental car
companies as their “Collision Damage Waiver plan." Actual benefits, limits,
terms, and exclusions may differ.
SUMMARY OF COVERAGES
Rental Car Damage Benefit
If you rent a car while on your Covered Trip and the car is damaged due to
collision, theft, vandalism, windstorm, fire, hail, or flood while in your
possession, we will pay you the lesser of: a) the cost of repairs and rental
charges imposed by the rental company while the car is being repaired; or b
) the Actual Cash Value of the car, up to the amount shown on the Schedule.
Coverage is provided to you and your Traveling Companion traveling with you,
provided you and your Traveling Companion are licensed drivers, and are
listed on the rental agreement. This coverage is primary to other forms of
insurance or indemnity. Our payment is in excess of your Deductible as
listed in the Schedule.
CANCELLATION
If You are prevented from taking your Covered Trip for any reason and you
cancel your Covered Trip by 12:01 local time on the day of car rental pickup
, we will reimburse You the cost of your prepaid premium.

发帖数: 693 | 7 我打过了，当时一个阿三接的，态度极差，就一直说non-refundable。我打算明天再打
几个试试。其实FOX还单另收了我的LDW，我当时没在意，后来发现Expedia已经扣了我
的LDW钱怎么FOX还要扣，我还车的时候就跟FOX说了，他们说他们跟Expedia是分开的，
本来是不能给我退这个LDW的，但是因为我只租了一天，他们就不收我的LDW了，至于
Expedia收了我7天的LDW能不能退他们不管。Anyway, 以后再第三方网站租车一定要留
心了。
