告之我们的房间是的overbook的， 他们可以把我们送去其他旅馆， 结果被送到了一个

每次跟Expedia打电话，先等个半个小时不说，每次都不能解决，说要给海航联系打电

事情的经过，于是又得从头开始跟他把故事讲一遍。Expedia说要跟海航联系，然后没
消息了。依此无尽循环。
问过能不能给个email，以后就通过email还跟踪事情的发展。Expedia不给。
问能不能给一个电话专线，由一个固定人员负责跟踪这个事情，Expedia说不行。

说两家文化很像。Expedia在
downtown Bellevue，办公室和周围环境都挺不错的，而且还有点start-up的感觉，组

工都是原来msft的。

Expedia说hotel可以全部退，机票不能退，但是可以变成credit，一年有效。
后来我就没注意这个事，现在突然想起来，差了下信用卡记录。
第一：expedia根本没退过hotel的钱。
第二：expedia的帐号记录里也根本没有credit的记录。
现在找他们理论，他们说已经过了一年，不能退了。可问题是他们根本就没有退过（信
用卡记录里有付给expedia的记录，没有他们退钱的记录）
通过BBB和他们argue,他们几次三番就是在拖。想给他们这种不负责任的态度一点教训
。大家有什么建议吗？600多刀呢，不能纵容这种奸商。也提醒大家要多做
housekeeping. |

谁知道这7天的LDW钱是交给Expedia的。。。后来行程变化，我只需要租一天车，于是
就把车还了，Fox给我退了后面6天的钱，可是Expedia不给我退那6天的保险。这种情况
怎么办？打电话问说这个是non-refundable的，可是这也太不公平了，他们就白白赚了

票面上显示的是可退也可该，罚金是
100刀。现在在国内，签证被check，要改回程机票。打电话给东航，被告知机票的有效

航空，说➕手续费➕订票服务费➕差价可以改，大概550刀，因为
要收一个订票服务费，所以就想打给Expedia看看能不能免去，结果打给Expedia转来转
去最后说系统不让操作，好吧那就只能在AA改了，再打去AA航空，换个客服说改不了找

在EXPEDIA网上订了两张回国的票（加买了travel protection plan), 结果去签证不顺
利（要补材料），我们给EXPEDIA打电话（因为不放心，不同时间打了两次，和两个不
同员工讲话），被告知既然买了travel protection plan, 就可以放心"cancel
reservation, once visa approved, then re-book your tickets"...
悲剧了：保险公司说：签证问题不是refund的理由，让给EXPEDIA打，在EXPEDIA‘s
customer service的各种等待音乐中进行了一个月的无数次和不同的员工的重复我的案
件，但是最后都是这种案例要corporate 解决，然后让等corporate 的电话。 一个半
月过去了，没有接到corporate 的电话。
气愤加不甘心 :因为我们后来马上补材料，签证也下来了，但是由于听了EXPEDIA两个
员工的建议，机票给CANCEL了，钱（2千多美刀）也退不回来。
请版上的兄弟姐妹给出出主意，怎么办？

名字，而且Hotel已满！！于是我上网把Expedia的Confirmation Letter打印出来，还
是不行。
于是给Expedia 打电话，被告知他们没有得到Hotel的Confirmation,他们会和Hotel联
系。等他们打电话给Hotel的前台，确认我没有订上，确认已经满了，然后再打电话给
我，说他们会再给我找一家，会在半小时后给我打电话。
结果半小时没有任何电话！于是自己找，那个Town的Hotel不是太多，只有十几家，一
个一个打电话，大部分已经满了，只有一家有一个房间！！比我现在这个贵50美元，但
是是个Motel,条件差一些。
我于是又给Expedia打电话，请他们确认会补给我差价。结果Custom Service的人又让
我等了20分钟！！！说他要给老板讨论！！实在等不了了，又怕那唯一的房间被订了，
于是挂掉电话。
我一共花了1个半小时（这是我的Vacation！！），没有任何结果。只好先去了那家还
剩一个房间的Hotel。
回来，打电话给Expedia，还是 |

发帖数: 43 | 32 给旅馆打电话，找经理要refund。多打几次。如果经理不管，就给连锁总部的800电话
打。一般连锁的旅馆的总部对投诉都有规定的。Overbook大部分情况都是旅馆前台的
inventory没有及时update，Expedia是根据Inventory来卖房间的，找expedia用处不大。
还有就是找信用卡公司dispute了。
使用第三方订房公司的话，很容易引起纠纷。订房公司给旅馆的价钱远远少于旅馆自己
直接卖房的价钱，经常是旅馆的成本价以上一点。所以同样情况下，旅馆更愿意把房间
优先卖给自己的客源。从订房公司定的房间也没有保证，很多时候都会被降等。如果仔
细读expedia的terms的话，他们是不保证客户预订的房间的种类的，所以经常有定的不
吸烟房间变成了吸烟房间，单床变成了双床，或者反过来。
一般来讲，从expedia查价钱，然后给旅馆打电话订房，要求match订房公司的价钱，旅
馆都会干的。
现在expedia,priceline, hotels,travelcity都是一家人，所以也不要指望他们之间会
有差别了。 |

现在问题关键不是Expedia有没有提成，而是你应该和酒店还是Expedia联系处理refund

来也承认了没有显示，并表示很奇怪。回来后我没有和expedia和东航交涉，直接去www
.bbb.org投诉expedia了。10天后expedia承认这票可以退，15天后拿到退款（扣除了
100刀罚金）。赞一下BBB，非常有用。 |

我从expedia订的酒店200多刀，但是实际check out被酒店告知170多，酒店给我的收据
也是170多，于是打了2小时电话，穿梭于酒店和expedia,答案是expedia拿走了中间差
价当作佣金，我的问题是，上一次我订酒店时候，2家给的价格是一致的，换句话说，
expedia应该有其他某种方式从酒店提成才对，而不应该是这种佣金的方式吧。
哪位知名大侠有经验赐教啊哈。
