Just want to share some info learned today:
call BOA and learned that using BOA Debit Card in Canadia ATM(Scotia Bank)
to withdraw local currency will incur 1% transaction fee. It is not free of
fees.
The same fee applies to the case when using BOA debit card in China (China
Construction Bank).
Anyone knows a better way to exchange us dollars to canadia dollars when
traveling to Canada.
