I'm planning to make a trip to Canada but I'm not sure about the visa policy
. I'm a H1B holder but my visa stamp has expired. I know I need Canada visa,
but am I eligible to come back if the trip is less than 30 days? I've done
it while I was on F1, I know it works. How about H1b?
Would anyone please kindly provide some information?

发帖数: 3273 | 2 yes, it works for H1b. I did it many times. Just make sure you
keep your current I-94 and take all immigration documents with
you.
In no case let the airline staff take your I-94 no matter what
they say, not all of them know the rules. You cannot come back
without your I-94.
