Called DC and found out that there is one consulate in Raleigh.
(really surprised, as they give a list of consulates on their official
website, and Raleigh isn't on the list.)
The vo in Raleigh knows about the visa revalidation policy (using I94 to
return to us with expired F1 visa). Other info can be found on their website

们准备去DC大使馆签，刚刚打电话他们说自己过去领表填写，可是考古版上，好像大家
都是提前自己准备好的带过去的。DC也能一个小时后就拿到吗？
