Re-org of the Fund-Raising Team
Vicky Kwan 于2010 年10 月正式加入募捐组,担任副组长。募捐组自2010 年11 月开始
进行架构重组。新架构下,募捐组由6 个小组组成,各自职责如下。
Vicky Kwan joined the Fund-Raising Team officially as the Deputy Team Leader
in October 2010. The team has been reorganized since November 2010.
??Corporate Endorsement Team: 负责发展公司募款,申请基金会项目资助。
In charge of corporate fund-raising and application to project aid through c
haritable foundations.
??Special Project Team: 负责OCEF 特殊筹款项目设计和个案跟进。
In charge of design of special OCEF fund-raising projects and
following-up on special cases.
??Local Coordination Team: 负责与地方小组联络,举办地方筹款活动。
In charge of communicating with local groups and holding local fund-
raising events.
??Donation Development Team:分析筹款数据,走向和风险,提出建议。
In charge of analyzing data, trends and risks associated with fund-
raising and submitting proposals.
??Donation Communication Team:筹备募款资料,编撰捐款人通讯和募捐报告。
In charge of preparation of fund-raising materials and compiling
donor communication and fund-raising reports.
??Online Promotion Team:负责网络募捐宣传事宜。
In charge of organizing fund-raising and PR on the Internet.
4.5 总结
Summary
OCEF 募捐组在2005-2010 年期间大部分捐款靠20%的捐款人支持,2010 年募款数额较2
009年有52.41%的增长,为2005-2010 年间筹款数额最高的一年。如果在今后两年内可以
做好公司捐款并将更多的冲动型捐款人发展为习惯性捐款人,OCEF 的年度筹款数额有望
增加两成。如何强化捐款人的认同感,将是募捐组重中之重的议题。
Most part of donations received between 2005 and 2010 were contributions fro
m 20% of all donors. Donation received in 2010 grew by 52.41% over 2009 and
is the highest during this period. If OCEF does a better job in attracting c
orporate donations and in converting impulse donor to Habitual Donors, annua
l contribution to OCEF is likely to grow by 20%. It has become the most cruc
ial topic of the Fund-Raising Team to make sure more and more donors identif
