Actually this is the most tricky question ever asked
in Gowest/Overseas boards about re-visa using old I-20
and then changing school immediately afterwards.
It is unfortunate and weird that no successful cases
have been reported in such boards (maybe such people
are too happy to say anything).
The only successful way ever known so far is to apply
re-visa in Mexico or Canada.
I would suggest that you consult with ISO officers
regarding such issues. They may provide you with some
solutions.
