Success". Could not put it down so I was able to finish it in 2 days.
Very interesting and highly recommended.

Well, from my understanding, both of them were successful as faculty/
researchers.
And both are running hedge-funds with 20--30 billion dollars.
The differences are:
Shaw is focusing drug-design via computation biochemistry, if success,
it will have HUGE HUGE impact on humankind. His vision is great,
the D.E.Shaw research team has ~100 talents now working on this.
Simons seems more successful in running financial section, yet donates money
to basic research and health science, but doesn't have a
