I want to share a bad beat hand from yesterday,
2,5 Nl table. buy in for 500, i had about 1500, table image , nit and play
nuts only, show down mostly good hand
i limp for a 10 dollar straddle hand with 22, back to straddle who made it
40 dollar to go, all called, 280 in pot.
flop, 2s 5d 10s
then small blind went all in, folded to me, i smooth called, a player behind
me called, he said he is afraid of me and cannot beat me earlier. now it's
about 800 in the pot
then turn was 5 of spade.
i bet about 200, he tank and called, he has 300 left...
it's a health pot now river 10.
i immediately check, knew i was beat, he went all in and i still call 300...
wishing he had flush...(bad on me)
bt then after this hand i didn't play much a hand. didn't go on tilt like i
would before, i got beat by a few gut shot by a fish, at the end i was down
500 and left.
would you guys play this hand differently? | q****8

你这牌river说i immediately check, knew i was beat, he went all in and i
still call 300...wishing he had flush...(bad on me)完全没有道理。你凭什么认
定他有over full？他flop拿着set不担心你在抽花（odds是合适的）？他如果是nut
flush draw之类的。flop的call是完全合理的。turn tank表演下平call也很合理。你

have 10x or over pair or flush draw. but the people behind u could have
flush draw too, so if u flat call, u give them 3 to 1 favor, they will call
u on the flush draw. shove take down the pot, win around 400.
call the flop, but shove on the turn? u bet 200, give the fish chance to
fold on the river if u smell sth like u had boat. shove will get him all in
or all out. since he flat u, so he is 80 percent on the draw and hit on the
turn. so no reason for him to fold when he hit what he wants to hit. he will
snap call u and u win more $500.
or check on the turn, show u weak, since if he hit flash, he will bet anyway
and u will push all in anyway too. but if he check, 90% he only had a
shitty 10,he will check too.
river, this is your profit, man! save 300! no any point to call him when
sick 10 on the river. he already shows he is weak for two street but now he
is so strong. if he was bluffing u, this move is all most world class level. | k******r
