you are at bb and MP Button sb all limp.
flop 456 rainbow.
sb check, you hit something but choose to check,, EP all in 80X bb. and
everyone folds to you. What is your calling range under this situation? Is
it only the nuts 78?
or will you call with anything else? the range include
73, 23, top set, middle set, bottom set, top two pair, two pair.. I am
guessing you probably wouldn't be calling anything beyond this.

发帖数: 7793 | 3 yes rush cash game... there are all kind of moron out there play like an idiot. if you call with top set then you probably will call other two flopped straight as well? i had 23 for that hand. to me it is really only 89 to worry about since he limped MP. who shove all in with nuts like this? but there are people who would limp in MP with 74o and push all in after wards. | L****n

someone would allin without nuts. He limped preflop, there is no flush draw
on the board. probably he has 78 suited connector, just allin hoping someone

or two pair. he could have set too though.
very likely will call with bottom set, 77, or two pair.
less likely will call with 88 or 99(assume i didn't have bigger pair)
very unlikely will call with 67. what can it beat now? a draw with no pair
or smaller pair.
absolutely fold with other hands.

发帖数: 15860 | 7 i guess top two is the minimum, unless he's totally donk, the worst hand he
could have is TP + open ended (most likely higher end).
leave a good note on him, this is priceless information which will come back
to bite him later on.
and i rarely play 80BB+ stack in rush poker (i exit and return if i'm over),
after all, it's not much a play-people game as regular games, so you play
more system rather than read.

发帖数: 7793 | 8 I felt really bad after calling the hand. After a while I realized that I
probably would have gone broke on this hand no matter it is played. If he
pot the flop, i will raise pretty big and call any shove anyway. His range
to go broke include all sets, maybe 2 pairs, over pair+draws. I guess
considering the range, it is an ok call to have an +EV. For me personally,
I would not call anything less than the top set. It is amazing how
different people plays their hand out there. |
